Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 carton Brussel Sprouts
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut off core end of brussels sprouts and cut in half if large. Remove any loose, outside leaves.
- Place brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder and S&P into a large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- Spread brussels sprouts on foil lined cookie sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
- Flip brussels sprouts over with spatula and roast for an additional 15 minutes, or until dark golden and crispy on the outside.
- Sprinkle with a tad bit more salt and serve.

I think using this recipe would help my BF eat some brussel sprouts once in a while.
it’s weird cuz i don’t really like brussel spouts but i still buy them and that’s how i cook them! guess my mom did something right!

The brussel sprouts are amazing. I just made them. YUM!

Oh wow! I am totally addicted to these. Although I am a Mum who is always looking for new ways to make veggies tasty for my 2 preschoolers, I have to confess I’m secretly happier that they haven’t caught on to these yet. They will, but for now… they are MINE! Yummy! I will keep reading
