Good morning everyone!
I’m on IGE time today – I have the day off!
I slept in until 7, cleaned my bathroom, put away some clothes (mmmm yeah, didn’t get to that last night!) and ate some breakfast made with the dynamic duo: Homemade Raspberry Preserves and Almond Butter!
Which I used to make Raspberry Toast & a Banana Sandwich – mmmmmMM!
These are the raspberry preserves that Ben and I picked up when we went apple picking a couple weeks ago. It just tastes homemade – so fresh!
I smeared a dallop on a piece of whole wheat bread.
The obvious star of breakfast was my Banana & Almond Butter Sandwich!
I just sliced a banana in half, smeared the AB on one side, capped it with the other side and chowed. Look how good!
This was such a simple and quick breakfast – but it was SO satisfying. I could eat about 4 more plates of this exact combo!
I like to eat my toast crust first and have the juicy, middle goodness as “dessert”
Alrighty friends – Fun Fact Friday has been postponed until this afternoon…it’ll be an interesting experience to say the least – stay tuned!

What do you consider “sleeping in”?
For me, anything past 8:00 is considered sleeping in. I inherited a bad gene from my Dad, which makes me feel like sleeping in when the sun is up means my day is being wasted!!
