		<description>Helloooo, ive never come across a blog before but my obsession with food has lead me to yours and im a fan! question... if i substitute the skimmed milk for vanilla soy milk (lactose intolerant and in a military base in japan which for some reason has vanilla soy but no regular soy milk - v. strange commissary)  will the baked oatmeal still work do u think? thanks much</description>

		<description>That oatmeal looks delicious!!! I had “Oatmeal Brulee” recently at a restaurant with cinnamon and raisins…it was the best thing I ever had. haha. It tasted like warm rice pudding! I definitely want to try recreating it. I love the addition of the bananas. I bet it would taste even better and custardy with an egg in there too!</description>
