Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pies

After seeing She’s Becoming Domestic’s Pumpkin Bites last month, I knew I had to have them – immediately! I made a batch for a work function a few days later and they were a hit! Soft, moist and sweeter than pumpkin pie.

    Those look so good and a nice way to use pumpkin. Almost like pumpkin roll but in bit sized form. I love portion control like that. I’ll have to make these for my thanksgiving party.
