Shopping was a success!
Ben and I braved the crowds and cold to hit up not one, but two malls – AND a shoe store. What a husband I have, huh? Here’s the booty:
A pair of Puma Sneaks to replace my Sketcher “weekend walking shoes,” which Ben confessed to me today looked dirty and old. 
Problem solved! 
A jean bonanza! One pair to wear with flats, and two pairs of skinny jeans. I repeat, two pairs of skinny jeans.
If you would have asked me even a month ago if I’d be buying a pair – nay, two pairs - of skinny jeans ever in my lifetime, I would have called you crazy. But, thanks to the purchase of some cute snow boots, they’ve now become a necessary addition to my wardrobe. If these boots also become part of the wardrobe…I’d be ok with that too.

I tweeted this earlier, but I just love running errands on Saturdays. I feel so productive and good when I’m out getting things accomplished. Coming back with some new stuff never hurts either.
Well Ben and I are heading to our favorite hangout Granite City in a little bit to watch some football. First, I’ll be snacking on this Peanut Butter Larabar (my fave!)…
