Guest Post: Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

17

This recipe comes from Allison @ Post College Kitchen!

~~~~~
These peanut butter cookies, in their most basic form, have four ingredients that you most likely have at home. FOUR! That’s it! The recipe is so simple I have it memorized.
They take no skill and practically no time to prepare. They taste delicious. And you can change them up so you never have to make them the same way twice.
Use white sugar for a crumbly cookie, brown sugar for chewy or a mix of both for a happy medium. You can use creamy peanut butter or chunky peanut butter or even another type of nut butter just for fun.
I like to get crazy and add some chocolate chips to a few of the cookies. Let your imagination run wild.
    These are my favorite favorite cookies to make. I use a little less sugar in mine and top them with salt. They’re easy to make even in a dorm kitchen!
    I make these all the time too. We like to put M&Ms in ours. You can also use a combo of brown and white sugar or all brown sugar if you want. This is also a great with some of the flavored peanut butters as well.
