Pumpkins, squash & gourds, oh my!
It was en explosion of Fall produce at this morning’s Farmer’s Market.
Lets take a walk, shall we?
By pumpkins of all sizes and colors,
past hook-nosed gourds,
and decorative, dried corn cobs.
Through the stalls displaying their best goods,
like eggs fresh from the farm.
Stopping to squeal over the mini pumpkins (you know my love for miniature things!
)
the big sized,
and unusual ones, too!
Let’s not forget our colorful, Fall produce,
and late-season Mums.
Just gorgeous!
Purchases include Sweet Potato Pasta (soooooo excited!)
and nibbles on Dutch Letters
and Great Harvest Cinnamon-Raisin Bread.
It was a smashing success!
There’s only TWO more Farmer’s Markets left in the season. You bet I’ll be back!
I’ve got a jam-packed day that includes attending a bridal shower and watching my beloved HAWKEYES!
Here I go….now!

Have you bought your pumpkins yet? Do you usually carve them, or leave ‘em whole?
