Just ONE indulgent treat?! I wish pizza were considered a food group and not just a sometimes treat, so I’ll have to go with pie shakes from the Hamburg Inn. Just had my pumpkin pie shake of the season, can’t wait til they have peach back on the menu. (For those who don’t know, the Hamburg Inn in Iowa City takes a whole piece of pie and puts it in a vanilla shake. Like a la mode or a Blizzard on crack.)

Sterzings chips dipped with cottage cheese is the best bad snack!! Sterzings are made in Burlington, IA (hopefully, you’ve tried them!). My mother got me hooked onto this snack. It is superb.

My favorite indulgent treat is definitely cheesecake with cherry topping.. mmm!! The graham cracker crust and the creamy middle with the cherries is perfect. I usually do sugar free cherry topping so it’s not that bad!
