AllRecipes.com recently asked me if I wanted to try their new Meal Planner Tool, and film my experience using it, in exchange for a Flip Cam. I’ve used AllRecipes.com for years so I said, sure!

I love how AllRecipes.com recipes have tons of user comments about how it turned out for the people that made it, ’cause there’s nothing worse than spending money on ingredients only to have the recipe turn out completely different than you expected, right?

Now regarding the website’s new Meal Planner tool…well, here, let me walk you through it!

When I got my menu figured out, I got to work cooking it!

ps I’m never using the word "so" ever again…at any rate…Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Harvest Salad!!

I forgot to add the avocado this salad recipe called for, and ended up using almonds instead of walnuts, but it was still chock full of vibrant flavors. The toasted almonds totally made it!

The raspberry vinaigrette was a total superstar too. A little sweet, a little tangy, and hello – it cost pennies to make at home.

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza completely stole the show though!!

I am just obsessed with spicy, tangy buffalo chicken. The flavor just PoPs.

This pizza dough is from Trader Joe’s, but you could definitely use a Boboli, or homemade crust too.
