I’m in charge of bringing Grandpa’s Pasta Salad to my parent’s cookout!

These all sound good, but it was SNOWING here this morning, so I’m hoping it warms up tomorrow so we can barbecue!
That “Best Ever Chocolate Sheet Cake” looks like the mayonaise cake my mom used to make! I love that stuff! So moist and chocolatey! Mmmmmm good!
I made Cheesy Corn Casserole – 1 cup macaroni, 1 can creamed corn, 1 can corn, 1/2 block Velveeta….microwave for 15 minutes (stirring every couple minutes). VOILA! A delicous, easy side dish!
Since the weather is poor in Calfornia (cold & rainny), I’m doing a German dinner, Roladen, red cabbage, spatzle and steamed carrots. Not a typical Memorial day fest, but it will work.

those pickle bites rock my world. I always bring them to friends/family get togethers… and they go quickly!
It’s supposed to be really rainy tomorrow & since we just have a charcoal grill, we grilled yesterday. Tomorrow, I think I’m going to do some steak (most likely pan-fried), mashed potatoes, and some pseudo-Red Lobster cheddar biscuits!

Thank you for posting some of your grill recipes, we have no A/C and cooking indoors during the summer is torture because the house gets very humid. I’ve been trying to get creative with the BBQ and I can’t wait to try your Bruschetta burgers
