Last night’s BBQ was so much fun! We sat outside on my parent’s patio ’til the sun sank below the horizon, ate ourselves silly and drank some yummy, cold beers (maybe one too many yummy, cold blueberry beers…)
and laughed over and over at this little man – my nephew Finn. I know a lot of people think other people’s kids are cute or hilarious, but seriously…that smile!
I am working all day today, then hanging out with some friends tonight, so I will catch ‘ya later! Have a great Saturday!
Looks nice! It’s been raining for days in Northern CA and I’m dying for good weather and a barbeque!
I hear you!! Our niece (who I think is really close in age to Finn) melts my heart just with the little stuff like saying “ok” or giving me a “hug” (right now that involves just throwing all her body weight at me and hoping I catch her). We took her to the zoo last weekend and fed her dippin’ dots for the first time and walked around holding hands for 3 hours, then got to send her home when she was tired, sticky and getting grumpy
. Bliss!

I’m so glad to see Finn’s curls. My son is 16 months and my husband is after me to cut his hair…I can’t cut off the sweet baby curls!!
