How fitting that today, the official first day of Fall, is the first day I saw my breath on my morning walk – ahh!
Coupled with this week’s chillier temps is the undeniably beautiful rainbow of colors that tree leaves all over the city have turned into, seemingly overnight. Fluttering to the ground and audibly crunching underfoot. ‘Tis the season! Here are this week’s favorite finds from around the web.

Hi- I know I missed the giveaway, but wanted to let you know that I love your friday faves! So fun and I usually end up trying or making at least one of them! Thanks for sharing.
My favorite part of the week was last night. Every summer my family tries to have a pool party once a week and last night was our last one… Three generations show up and they are always filled with laughter, food and family.. What more could you ask for?
Man, I love fall
I totally want that door, too. Oh, and that cheesy, bacony, surely heart-attack-inducing bread!
I came up with an awesome version for sweet potato fries! Use the Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend. Cut your fries, pour a little evoo, several generous dashes of the Mrs. Dash garlic & herb, few hits of pepper, and salt if you want salt since it’s not in the Mrs. Dash. Mix thoroughly, bake at 425 for 20-25 min. Dip in ketchup and enjoy! Sometimes I have this for my dinner!!
highlight of my week: definitely the saturday farmers’ market!
giggle, I swear I read “labrador giveaway”
Dogs on my mind apparently! Probably late but my highlight of the week? Sonny Boy coming home from school for the weekend …
