I love this unique view of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. The Taj Mahal was built from 1631-1648 in Agra, India, by emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite, and third, wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is known as the jewel of Muslim art in India. Source: Amir Ghasemi

I saw this same view in person just last month. Completely amazing. This was one of my favorite vantage points of the Taj Mahal.

I traveled around India for two weeks in 2004 and toured the Taj Mahal at the end of the trip. Amazing! What is awesome about the tour is that you follow a sidewalk to the entry gates, unaware that you are about to get a similar view to this. It stops you in your tracks.
