The Hawkeyes did it!
Our boys pulled off a 24-14 victory against Georgia Tech, in the coldest Orange Bowl in history! Seeing as how they’re coming from the frozen tundra that is Iowa, I’m positive the guys thought it was practically balmy out there. GO HAWKS – I can’t wait until next season!

It is bright dark and early and I’m off to Iowa City to tailgate before the Iowa Hawkeye football game!
Today should be a great day for several reasons:
Iowa is defending an undefeated 9-0 season
Warm temps are supposed to prevail
I’m meeting several girlfriends up in Iowa City

Girls night was so much fun – we ended up watching Slumdog Millionaire. I also saw it in the theaters and ugh, it is a FANTASTIC movie! The soundtrack, story, setting and acting are unbelievable. Did you see Slumdog? What did you think?
