  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 3.5 mile run
  • Saturday: 2 mile walk
  • Sunday: 30 minutes tennis

Week of July 9, 2012:

  • Monday: 4.75 mile run
  • Tuesday: Travel
  • Wednesday: Walking around Boulder, CO + small hike
  • Thursday: 4 hour hike (4th of July Trailhead – Eldora, CO)
  • Friday: Walking around Breckenridge, CO
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Travel

Week of July 16, 2012:

  • Monday: 3.5 mile run + 2 mile walk
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Wednesday: 2.5 mile walk
  • Thursday: 3.75 mile run
  • Friday – Sunday: Travel

Week of July 23, 2012:

  • Monday: Active rest (gardening, housework, laundry, etc.)
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Thursday: 4 mile run
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: 4 mile walk

Week of July 30, 2012:

  • Monday: 4 mile run
  • Tuesday: 5 mile walk
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 4 mile run + 3.5 mile walk
  • Friday: 3.5 mile run
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Active rest + 1.5 mile walk
