Week of June 4, 2012:

  • Monday: 3.5 mile run, 5×20 workout (20 reps each jumping jacks, mountain climbers, sumo squats, pushups, crunches – x5)
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run
  • Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Thursday: 3.5 mile walk
  • Friday: 3 mile walk
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: 30 minute basketball, 15 each push ups, crunches, squats – x5 (during commercial breaks!)

  • Monday: 4 mile run
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 4 mile run
  • Friday: Active rest
  • Saturday: Active rest
