- Wednesday: 4 mile run, Day 6 of Summer Arms Challenge (20 bicep curls, 20 tricep kickbacks (each arm) – x2)
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: 3.5 mile run, Day 7 of Summer Arms Challenge (15 tricep dips, 15 hammer curls – x4)
- Saturday: Active rest
- Sunday: 2 mile walk

- Tuesday: 4 mile run, 15 tricep tips, 15 pushups, 10 side planks (each side), 30 seated ab twists, 20 lunge + bicep curl
- Wednesday: 2.5 mile walk
