Week of May 7, 2012:

  • Monday: 3.5 mile walk
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run, Day 5 of Summer Arms Challenge (12 tricep pushups, 15 bicep curls, 16 tricep extensions – x3)
  • Wednesday: 4 mile run, Day 6 of Summer Arms Challenge (20 bicep curls, 20 tricep kickbacks (each arm) – x2)
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 3.5 mile run, Day 7 of Summer Arms Challenge (15 tricep dips, 15 hammer curls – x4)
  • Saturday: Active rest
  • Sunday: 2 mile walk

Week of May 14, 2012:

  • Monday: Active rest
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run, 15 tricep tips, 15 pushups, 10 side planks (each side), 30 seated ab twists, 20 lunge + bicep curl
  • Wednesday: 2.5 mile walk
  • Thursday: Travel
  • Friday: Travel
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Rest

Week of May 21, 2012:

  • Monday: 4 mile run
  • Tuesday: Active rest
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: Active rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: 3 mile walk + 45 minute hike

Week of May 28, 2012:

  • Monday: 3.75 mile run
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run, 10 pushups, 20 crunches, 25 squats, 20 lunge + 5lb curl combo (10 on each leg), 30 second plank – x3
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 4 mile run
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Rest
