Hi friends :)

Kind of feeling like I got ran over by a truck this morning, so I stayed home from work. I don’t know what’s up, as I never – NEVER – get sick! :(

I made a Green Monster (yay, it’s back) to help rejuvenate myself – hopefully it will be a nice pick me up.


In the mix:

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach  
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of ice
  • frozen mango chunks


Frozen mango makes everything better, in my opinion!


I’m going to go crash on the couch and try and get some work done. No rest for the weary!
