Just came across this blog, fantastic! I love sweet potato fries!!!! I buy the plain ones, drizzle the baking tray with olive oil and lay frozen fries flat. On top of the fries, I put garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, and pepper. They come out so good, my kids even love them! I love the idea of eliminating artificial sweeteners, they are hazardous! Oh, the pancakes look great! I will try soon. Keep ’em coming!
