Puu Mahana Beach, or Green Sand beach, on Hawaii’s Big Island is tinted green due to a large portion of polished olivine crystals, a byproduct of cooling lava, in the sand. I will never forget the black sand beach my family and I stopped at while traveling on the Road to Hana (a popular Hawaiian drive) but this might take the cake. Gorgeous!
