Happy Friday, everyone!
We’re supposed to get a load of snow this afternoon, so I’m foreseeing a cozy weekend at home, complete with a DIY wall art project, if I’m lucky. Hope you have some fun plans in the works too.
Without further ado, I hope you enjoy my finds from around the web and beyond, in this week’s Friday Favorites!
Favorite gotta have it: Salted Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie. As in, I MUST make this this weekend!!!!
Favorite tranquil spot: Flathead Lake in northwest Montana. Apparently the water is so clear that it looks like a shallow lake, when in fact, it’s 370 feet deep. Amazing!
Favorite cleaning tip. Line fridge shelves with Saran Wrap’s Press and Seal paper, then peel off and replace when dirty. Geeeeenius.
Favorite spin: Cinnamon Roll Cookies. Love this twist on a classic!
Favorite flashback. RIGHT?!?!?!!
Favorite photo. Yep…still obsessing. ;)
Favorite find: OXO Food Scale. I got one of these to review a couple months ago and I’m obsessed with it. The front pulls out so you can still read it even if you have a large bowl or platter on top!
Favorite sip: Gin & Pomegranate Love Potion. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, and I am obsessed with pomegranate seeds these days. They are so delicious and refreshing!
Favorite warm weather find: Steve Madden Manngo Woven Sandals. Hoping I can find these at DSW this spring for cheaper!
Favorite sandwich: Goat Cheese & Kalamata Olive Panini. All my favorite, zesty flavors in a crispy panini. Sign me up!
Favorite find: MY DREAM HOME! I love absolutely everything about this home. Keeping it for future building reference. :)
Favorite easy treat: Funfetti Cake Batter Dip. 3 ingredients = relatively guilt-free (for a dip with cake batter in the name!) Can’t wait to make this!
Favorite upcycle: Thrift Store Wall Art. Take a colorful piece of art from a thrift store, and turn it into a custom art piece. Love this.
Favorite sweet treat: Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn. Ummm, yes. :)
Favorite idea. This couple takes a picture of their feet wherever they travel. So, so jealous Ben and I haven’t thought of this, but I see a new tradition in our future!
Favorite soup: Chicken Enchilada Soup. Loving this latest spin on many people’s favorite soup.
Favorite furball. Baby basset says have a great weekend! ;)

I was pinning things left and right! That TV on the cart made me laugh! Haven’t thought about one of those in so long, but it’s so TRUE! Loved seeing the teacher roll one of those in during class! Also, LOVED the thrift store picture idea!.
Happy Friday!

We used up all the pomegranates from out tree this year, but next year, we’ll be making that cocktail! We usually infuse vodka with pomegranate seeds and make delicious pomtini’s.
And instead of feet pictures, my husband and I usually take shadow pictures of ourselves. The feet pictures would be much easier than waiting for the sun so we can take shadow pics!

I’ve been to Flathead Lake. My sister used to live in Polson, MT and the lake as the view from her front yard. The whole area is beautiful!!!

I totally take pictures of my feet when I travel! I am not sure if I have remembered EVERY trip, but I have quite a few…sounds funny, but I am guaranteed to like pictures of my shoes. If my face is in the picture, I tend to pick at how un-perfect I am – like bad hair, a zit…but my shoes, it makes me FEEL that place again, transport back in time and I can sit on that spot one more time. it is pretty cool!

I so agree with you! I have several feet pics too. My favorite is a pic with my two children as teenagers and we were at the beach on our way to get on a cruise. The pic is more ankles and tops of feet and the rest of our tootsies are buried in the sand as the tide slid out. Love it.

No cheese in your Friday Favorites? (aside from the sandwich, anyway)…its National Cheese Lover’s Day! Can’t wait to try the cinnamon role cookies!

Ha, our school still has a few of those tv carts left!
The lake picture from Montana freaks me out a little bit. I am not a fan of deep water, especially being able to see everything down there!
Have a great weekend :)

I just repinned a few of these! Especially the Montana picture, oh my, I really must go there one day! So beautiful

Hahaha the TV carts with VCRs were the BEST! Even if it was the most boring movie ever, it was still a good day in class!
