Just three ingredients needed for this subtly-sparky, ctirus-infused sipper! A Kombucha Mule is an easy and refreshing cocktail recipe to enjoy any time of year.
Add vodka to a cocktail glass filled with ice then top with kombucha - I opt to NOT include the sediment at the bottom of the bottle, though it is harmless to drink.
Squeeze in fresh lime juice then stir and enjoy.

I use Suja brand Ginger Lemon Kombucha but have seen similar flavors from other brands.
