Love this! I want to enjoy myself this holiday season (last year I was in the process of losing 80 lbs and now I’m maintaining) so I need to work out in order to maintain and enjoy good food.
I’ll be ellipticalling (is that a word) or doing Pilates at least 5 days out of 7. That’s my goal!
Love!

In! “The Boy” is finishing his Kosama Challenge and I want to continue to be a good supportive partner and not tempt him w/ falling off the health bandwagon just because of the holidays. Also, need some extra motivation to keep active traveling 2 out of 4 weeks in Dec. and your workout page will be VERY helpful or the hotel treadmill-type workouts.

This is a great idea. It will be a good way to mix up my workouts with new ideas! I know I won’t be adjusting the diet (love the sweets this time of year)…I say it evens out in the end:)
so in! i typically work out 4-5 times a week but recently started a new relationship and have gotten… comfy and snuggly and haven’t been working out as consistently. def doing this with you, sister! can you post what you plan on doing the night before you do it– it would be fun to be on the same schedule/have ideas of *new* things to do for the upcoming workout. goodluck everyone!

Worth a shot as running season (or at least race season) is over and I’ll need motivation to workout indoors!
