20 Day Holiday Workout Challenge

This year I’m staying on top of winter weight gain by working out every weekday from November 28-December 25, using a different work out from my Workouts Page. Join in and stay active by pledging your participation in the comments section below. You do not need to run to participate – any physical activity will do!

    I’m in!! I too end up on the treadmill often due to weather. I love your workouts!! A run’s a run — indoors or out.

    I am going to do it but cheat a little bit… I actually love to run on the weekends so I am going to workout at least twenty days between now and Christmas but might take some weekdays off. Great idea!!

    I work out 6 days a week with 1 day to rest, yesterday was supposed to be rest, but I went sledding with 5 little kids which is a ridiculous work out combined with running in snow boots and up and down hill! Also, did some lunges holding 2 25lb kiddos, so I am considering that a work out and taking today off to rest due to a slight sore neck.
    Glad to have ideas for variety!

    I’m a bit late to the party, but I’m in! I’ll start tomorrow with the goal of 20 workouts before New Year’s Day (I don’t celebrate Christmas anyways). Hopefully the tweeting will keep me motivated!
