I’m so in! :) I blog about food and leave my workouts to myself, but I do plan on working out every day from now until Christmas (and beyond)! Good luck, everyone!

  2. Diana 11.29.2011

    I’m in! Great idea!

  3. Brooke Guevara 11.29.2011

I will definitely be participating! I wasn’t able to do yesterday due to a cold/fever. However, I will be doing today’s as soon as I get home from school tonight :) thanks for the encouragement !!!

  4. Lauren 11.29.2011

I need this! Because I am also not saying no to Christmas cookies. Thanks for being my virtual workout motivational coach. I’ll walk around Lake Calhoun at least once for you up here in Minneapolis :)

  5. Sarah 11.29.2011

Yay! I love it! I just finished a November 30 minutes a day challenge and this is good motivation to keep it going. I’m in!

  6. Kim 11.30.2011

    I love me a challenge!

  7. Dede 11.30.2011

I’m in!! I too end up on the treadmill often due to weather. I love your workouts!! A run’s a run — indoors or out.

  8. Lisa 11.30.2011

    I’m in!

  9. Carrie Shaw 11.30.2011

I am going to do it but cheat a little bit… I actually love to run on the weekends so I am going to workout at least twenty days between now and Christmas but might take some weekdays off. Great idea!!

  10. I’m definitely in! I need the final push before the holiday celebrations!

  11. Amanda P. 11.30.2011

I’m in! Since I’m in a few days late, I’ll add a couple weekend days in, too:-)

  12. Erin Heeren 11.30.2011

Great idea, I’m in too! I’m also a couple days late (but I worked out Monday) so I’ll have to make up for yesterday!

  13. Angie 11.30.2011

I’m going to totally do this! Though I love yoga on the weekends, so I might mix up a few of my 20 days :)

  14. Micha 11.30.2011

I’m in too, been doing since Monday. Thanks!

  15. Chelsea 12.01.2011

I’ve been doing this since Monday! Love the variety of treadmill routines posted on your page–makes boredom impossible!

  16. dawn 12.02.2011

    Still here!

  17. Amanda 12.02.2011

30 minutes of Jillian Michael’s Making the Cut! did it so quickly that I think it was more cardio than weights!

  18. Amanda 12.04.2011

    45 min of elliptical today!

  19. Bethany 12.05.2011

I am doing a modified version of your workouts… your workouts are a bit hard core for me. But I appreciate the variety! I shared it on Pinterest! Thanks!

  20. Colleen 12.05.2011

Was really thankful for the challenge today – got me out there in -28C (-18F) to do almost 5K!

  21. Robin Flores 12.05.2011

I work out 6 days a week with 1 day to rest, yesterday was supposed to be rest, but I went sledding with 5 little kids which is a ridiculous work out combined with running in snow boots and up and down hill! Also, did some lunges holding 2 25lb kiddos, so I am considering that a work out and taking today off to rest due to a slight sore neck.
Glad to have ideas for variety!

  22. Jaci 12.06.2011

I’m a bit late to the party, but I’m in! I’ll start tomorrow with the goal of 20 workouts before New Year’s Day (I don’t celebrate Christmas anyways). Hopefully the tweeting will keep me motivated!
