- Wednesday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout
- Thursday-Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout
- Sunday: 1.5 mile walk
Week of April 15, 2013:
- Monday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout (love this workout!)
- Tuesday: 2.25 mile walk, Tank Top Arms
- Weds – Saturday: Rest (terrible workout week!)
- Sunday: Active Rest
Week of April 22, 2013:
- Monday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout (walk instead of run), 2 mile walk
- Tuesday: Arms & Core Workout
- Wednesday: 30 minute treadmill walk, 3 mile outdoor walk
- Thursday: 2 mile walk + 3.25 mile walk
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: Active rest
- Sunday: 2 mile walk, walk 9 holes of golf
