  • Monday – Friday: Vacation in Charleston, SC. Walking, walking, walking!
  • Saturday: 2 mile walk
  • Sunday: Rest

Week of April 8, 2013:

Week of April 15, 2013:

  • Monday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout (love this workout!)
  • Tuesday: 2.25 mile walk, Tank Top Arms
  • Weds – Saturday: Rest (terrible workout week!)
  • Sunday: Active Rest

Week of April 22, 2013:

  • Monday: 3.5 Mile All-in-1 Workout (walk instead of run), 2 mile walk
  • Tuesday: Arms & Core Workout
  • Wednesday: 30 minute treadmill walk, 3 mile outdoor walk
  • Thursday: 2 mile walk + 3.25 mile walk
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Active rest
  • Sunday: 2 mile walk, walk 9 holes of golf
