Week of August 13, 2012:

  • Monday: 4 mile run
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run, 5 Minute Brazilian Butt Lift x2 (sub dumbell squats for single-leg squat with towel)
  • Wednesday: 3 mile walk
  • Thursday: 3.5 mile run, Rainy Day Workout
  • Friday – Sunday: Travel

Week of August 20, 2012:

  • Monday: 4 mile run, WOD Day 2 (hold 5lb hand weight in each hand for squats)
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run, 20 mins at driving range
  • Wednesday: 4 mile run
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 3.5 mile run
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Active rest

Week of August 27, 2012:

  • Monday: 4 mile run, Rainy Day Workout
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run, 7 burpees + 7 squats (holding 2-5lb weights) + 7 situps – x7
  • Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Active rest (painting ALL day!)
  • Sunday: Active rest (painting ALL day!)
