  • Sunday: 3 mile walk

Week of March 18, 2013:

  • Monday: 3.75 mile treadmill walk, Tank Top Arms
  • Tuesday: 2 mile walk
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 3 mile walk
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: 30 Minute, 2.5 Mile Treadmill Workout, 10 minutes elliptical

Week of March 25, 2013:

  • Monday: 30 Minute, 2.5 Mile Treadmill Workout
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Run, Squat, Run (sub burpees for plie squats)
  • Thursday: 3 mile walk (outside!)
  • Friday: 3 mile outdoor run, 2 mile walk, Tank Top Arms
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Charleston, SC – WALKING!
