- Tuesday: 4 mile run
- Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
- Thursday: 3.5 mile walk
- Friday: 3 mile walk
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: 30 minute basketball, 15 each push ups, crunches, squats – x5 (during commercial breaks!)
Week of June 11, 2012:
- Monday: 4 mile run, Daily Workout Plan: Monday (minus Russian twists)
- Tuesday: Active rest
- Wednesday – Sunday: Travel
