1pomegranateseeded (~1 cup arils)
1/2lime
drizzle of honey
Instructions
Add the fruits and berries to a large mixing or serving bowl then squeeze the lime juice on top and drizzle with honey, 1-2 teaspoons. Fold with a spatula to combine then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Taste prior to serving then add more lime juice for tartness, and/or honey for sweetness. For best results, serve the Fruit Salad the same day it's assembled. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Use powdered sugar or maple syrup instead of honey to make this recipe vegan.
