For the Oregano Lemon Vinaigrette:

Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Add Oregano Lemon Vinaigrette ingredients to a bowl or mason jar then whisk or shake to combine. Pour over salad then toss to combine and serve.
