Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
2-12 oz cans chicken
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups colby jack cheese
1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
8oz cream cheese
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, pour into a non-stick sprayed casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Serve with pita chips, carrots & celery.

My family makes a very similar dip, but instead of baking it, we just throw it all into a small crockpot. I love this dip!
I make this dip with Bleu Cheese dressing instead of Ranch. To. Die. For. Happy 4th!

I made this with 8 oz of plain greek yogurt to add protein and use way less fat. It was AMAZING! Also a little dash of red pepper.
