Mojito Fruit Salad is a refreshing, non-alcoholic fruit and berry salad that tastes just like a sweet mojito.

I’ve got the only fruit salad recipe you’ll need all summer – Mojito Fruit Salad!

It is absolutely no secret that I obsessed with mojitos. The first time I ever drank one was during a spring break trip to Mexico a million years ago, at some all inclusive resort where the rum and mint runs free. The rest, as they say, is history.
Mojitos are great year round but the combination of mint and lime is especially refreshing in the heat and especially when it’s mixed with the ripest of summer fruit and berries, like in this salad.
Fresh chopped watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and mint are tossed with a quick and easy, lightly-sweetened lime glaze before serving. So simple. So unbelievably luscious.
Alcohol Free Mojito Salad
Now, this salad is mojito-inspired, but there’s no rum. Take it from me, though, leftovers are fabulous when added to a glass of sparkling wine. The juicy fruit and berries create a wonderful, sweet syrup and it’s just heavenly when added to a fizzy glass.

Like I said, this is the easiest fruit salad to make in the world. Simply add 4 cups fresh cut watermelon to a big serving bowl along with 6oz blueberries.

Next add 6oz raspberries, and 1lb chopped strawberries.

Then add the mojito-iest part of the fruit salad – fresh chopped mint! I tell you what, nothing conjures up thoughts of summer quite like the smell of fresh mint.

Finally mix up a fresh lime glaze including 1/4 cup fresh lime juice and 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar in a small bowl then drizzle over the fruit and berries and gently toss with a spatula to combine.

Let the fruit salad sit in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the natural juices in the fruit and berries to seep out, creating a luscious sweet syrup. Scoop into bowls then serve!

Just had as a side with BLTs. Great summer flavor right there. Thanks.
I am allergic to strawberries. What do you recommend to replace them with? Thanks
You could swap them with blackberries, or just leave them out and add more of another type of fruit!
How far in advance can I make this? My party is on Saturday can I make it on Friday afternoon and let it sit or will the mint/lime lose its flavor?
I think you can toss the berries together then wait to add the dressing until right before you serve. Fresh herbs have a tendency to discolor when chopped too far ahead of time too.
made this today fo a bbq, was soo good, thx for the recipe
Looks amazing! I’m planning on making this for my daughter’s birthday party this Saturday. I know you said that the amounts listed feed a crowd; I have about 16 adults and 10 kids coming and I’m serving this as well as cupcakes for sweets. Do you think this would be enough?
I’d maybe make a recipe and a half just to be on the safe side.
I made this last night and it was awesome. We just couldn’t stop eating it!!! Thanks for such a great recipe:)
This is AMAZING!!!!! It looks SO delicious!!
This sounds delicious and perfect for the upcoming 4th of July picnics. There’s no time like summer for fresh fruit! Adding lime and mint is just a bonus!!
Would it be okay if I substituted frozen blueberries and raspberries (once I’ve defrosted them of course) instead of fresh ones for this salad. I live in a pretty rural area, so I always keep those two fruits on hand in the freezer because fresh – even in season – is just to cost prohibitive. Fortunately, we have strawberry and watermelon farms galore in the area !
That would be just fine! You could also use whatever fresh fruit you can get your hands on. The combination is very customizable. :)
What a fun twist on fruit salad!
This looks gorgeous and sounds absolutely delicious. I pinned this one and will definitely give it a try.
I am eating my second bowl as I type of this amazing deliciousness!!! YUMRIFIC!!! Shared on Facebook. Thanks!
All I can say is Yum, Yum, Yum!
