How fitting that today, the official first day of Fall, is the first day I saw my breath on my morning walk – ahh!

Favorite (and freakiest!) spot: Great Belize Blue Hole. That is a straight up HOLE in the ocean.
Favorite meal on the go: Chicken Cashew Salad from Culvers. I had this salad a few weeks ago during a road trip. SO YUM.

Favorite recipe: Crack Bread aka Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pulls. I’m scared to make this for fear I will eat the entire loaf. I’m making it anyways.

Believe it or not, starting my thesis is going to be the highlight of my week. I’ve been avoiding it for 5.5 years now and I’m glad to be finally tackling the beast :)
Hands down, taking a day off from work to spend the day with my mom who is recovering from a massive stroke. Worth every second of my five-hour round trip.
The highlight of my week is going to be my girls’ night in with my friends tomorrow night!
Highlight of the week: Being offered a job in Olympia, Wa where my BF is while living on an air matress and out of a suitcase in Des Moines, IA. Woohoo! West coast here I come!

My highlight of the week was visiting my family. Due to my work schedule, I rarely have enough time off to visit my parents, so it was lovely spending time with them all week. Sadly, I have to head back to Chicago tomorrow.
Highlight of the week – Picking up my best friends 2 yr old from daycare and spending the ENTIRE weekend with him, while she is on her honeymoon!!
