Sparkling Mint Limeade is the ultimate thirst quencher! Sweet, tart, and fizzy, you'll love this refreshing mocktail recipe.

Calling all thirsty, fizzy-fanatics! Sparkling Mint Limeade is an easy, sparkling drink recipe that you’ll be sipping on all summer long.
This sweet, tart, and refreshing mocktail is made in minutes with just 4 ingredients. It tastes like a lime-infused mojito — minus the rum!
How to Make Sparkling Mint Limeade
Start by combining fresh lime juice (5-6 limes), granulated sugar, plus fresh mint in a measuring cup.
Whisk the ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved, semi-muddling the mint in the process, then refrigerate until chilled. The longer the mixture sits in the fridge, the more the mint flavor will come through.
When you’re ready to drink, strain the mixture into a pitcher through a fine mesh sieve to remove the mint then slowly stream in club soda – aka the “sparkle” in Sparkling Mint Limeades!
Give everything a gentle stir then pour over glasses of ice and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
SO refreshing, SO special-tasting – you will just love them! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice, 5-6 limes, plus extra slices for garnish
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
- 2-1/2 cups club soda
Directions
- Combine lime juice, sugar, and mint in a large measuring cup then stir until sugar is dissolved, muddling the mint in the process. Refrigerate until chilled (the longer you refrigerate, the more mint flavor you will taste in the final drink.)
- Pour the lime/mint mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher then slowly pour in club soda and stir gently. Pour limeade into 8oz glasses filled with ice then serve with extra limes and mint.
Notes
- If you like a sweeter drink, use ginger ale instead of club soda.

Kristin, I’m a fan of Waterloo lemon lime sparkling water these days. It’s sugar free and no weird additives. Could I use it for the sparkling component in place of the club soda?
Absolutely!
I love peppers — sweet, roasted, hot… give me all the peppers!
