One of the best pasta dishes I ever had was at Basil’s in downtown DM. They stopped making it, but the pasta and baby red potatoes was DIVINE. I wish I could recreate it. Other than that…my favorite would be mac and cheese. Of all kinds. I just plain love it.

Mmmm I’m SO craving N&Co now!!! I love their Pesto noodles with chicken and extra tomatoes. The mix of pesto, noodles, and especially the extra tomatoes makes my mouth water! It reminds me of summer!! Then then somedays I crave an plain ol buttered noodles with meatballs, which is anything but plain! Ughhhhhh delish! :)

Let me do you a favor and tell you NOT to read that book. I, too, was extremely excited and got the book on kindle the day it came out. Holy cow it’s HORRIBLE. Basically just tried to cram every character possible in the book with no real plot line and terrible writing. Although my beloved Lila Fowler does make a cameo – not nearly enough to keep me happy :). Honesty though, it is really really really bad. Do not waste your time or money.

lol, She’s right. You want it to be bad in a SVH High-you’re-expecting-as-much-anyway kind of bad… but it’s just straight up bad.

My favorite Noodles & Co. Dish is the chicken noodle soup with the perfect egg noodles. I get the duo with the spicy chicken Caesar sandwich.
Heather 03.11.2012
YUM, the pasta fresca and the penne rosa at noodles are great! I also love my mom’s mostacholli—nothing better!
Angela 03.11.2012
I’ve never had Noodles and Co. but your dishes looked absolutely amazing! I’m a sucker for good ole’ mac and cheese! The cheesier and creamier the better!
Jen F. 03.11.2012
Ooooh, Noodles and Company is a fave lunch spot for my co-workers and me. It’s our once a month type of go out to eat treat at work! I love all things Mac n’ Cheese and had NOT heard about this new line of adult recipes. Must. try. soon.
Tricia 03.11.2012
Ooo–yay!! Looks like you had a great weekend! My favorite pasta salad is a nummy cold fusili with chunks of turkey, mandarian oranges, green onions, asparagus, and tomatoes sprinkled with feta and a light dressing=perfection. However…I am one to cower for a good tuna noodle casserole anyday! ;-) Keep up the awesome work!
Amanda Eberhart 03.11.2012
My favorite pasta dish is a classic – chicken alfredo.
Jeni B. 03.11.2012
I am in love with the Truffle Mac and Cheese! Add some tomatoes on top and it is heaven in a bowl :)
