How fitting that today, the official first day of Fall, is the first day I saw my breath on my morning walk – ahh!

Favorite (and freakiest!) spot: Great Belize Blue Hole. That is a straight up HOLE in the ocean.
Favorite meal on the go: Chicken Cashew Salad from Culvers. I had this salad a few weeks ago during a road trip. SO YUM.

Favorite recipe: Crack Bread aka Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pulls. I’m scared to make this for fear I will eat the entire loaf. I’m making it anyways.

My highlight will be my anniversary on saturday–although tough to beat the beautiful weather we’ve been having in the midwest!
My highlight will be tonight at the our high school football game against our rival! BATTLE OF THE BIRDS! I also get to attend a birthday party for twins on Sunday… they are two!

The highlight of my week will be doing 108 sun salutations tomorrow morning in a hot yoga studio that will be 98 degrees and about 55% humidity. Can’t wait to feel refreshed, rejuvenated and get an overall great workout!

The highlight of my week was getting yummy free food at the taste of downtown Long Beach event that I covered for my campus TV station. :) Free gourmet macaroni and cheese with bacon, a whole plate of Indian food and an ice cream cupcake from Coldstone!

the highlight of my week is being done with my third biochem test today, which means i only have 1 MORE BIOCHEMISTRY exam in medical school then i am done for the rest of my life…….until i have to take the medical licensing exam lol but i am so glad to be done with the worst class of my life.
