One of the (countless) reasons I love eating Mexican food is that many of my go-to orders at Mexican restaurants are naturally gluten free.

With meals based around gluten free ingredients such as corn, beans, rice, meat, cheese, vegetables, fresh and dried herbs and spices – and tequila! – Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine is a dream come true for those of us who need or want to eat gluten free.

There’s no better time to celebrate your favorite Mexican dishes than on Cinco de Mayo, a US holiday celebrating Mexican culture and heritage.

From craveable vegetarian dishes, to copycat recipes, thirst-quenching drinks, and restaurant-style recipes, this list of gluten free Cinco de Mayo recipes is everything you need to throw the ultimate fiesta at home – where guacamole is never extra!

Hi guys! I sincerely appreciate you letting me know what you’re looking for here at IGE! Unfortunately I have very limited free time so I like to spend it with my family vs surfing the internet. These recipe roundup posts are a bit different because I’m looking for specific recipes vs randomly surfing, so they don’t take as much time (funnily enough FF take the most time out of any posts I write!) Thank you for your understanding!
