I make the Roasted Poblano casserole or breakfast taco casserole almost every week for my breakfast. They are easy to make on Sunday and portion out for breakfast all week.
With this being my first holiday season since a celiac diagnosis, I so appreciate this and I appreciate that it isn’t just all fruit but actually some things that can make us forced GF people feel “normal”.
