cashmere fingerless gloves

Ben and I were so grateful to spend part of last week in New York City soaking up the sights and sounds of the city during the holidays. It was a dream come true and I’d hop back on a flight to do it all over again in a second. Each day we walked between 10 and 14 miles, exploring every inch of that magnificent city.

The only thing I wish were different?

My glove choice! (Ok, maybe my shoes too – these Sorel booties, while warm and adorable, were not meant to walk 40+ miles in 3 days!)

Anyway, in NYC there’s no shortage of things to photograph and so I was constantly taking off my bulky gloves to take my phone out of my pocket, take a picture, put it away, and then repeat 100x each day (my gloves are even “phone friendly” but didn’t work 100% of the time, or even close.)
