My favorite part was having both of my daughters (ages 2 and 4) start school in September. It’s nice to have a quiet house for a few hours a day for the 1st time in years, and it’s even nicer seeing how excited they are to go off to school everyday!

hmm…my favorite part of 2010? definitely a tie between finishing my 2nd 1/2 marathon (and beating my personal record by leaps and bounds!) and being in the delivery room with my best friend as she gave birth to her 3rd baby girl!

Mmmm… Blueberries… Up here in northern Minnesota, we have billions (yes, BILLIONS) of wild blueberries! July just wouldn’t be July if you didn’t head out to the woods to pick them! :) My favorite part of 2010? Lots of things, but a boat trip with my family across Lake of the Woods to the state park on Garden Island (Yes! There’s a state park on an island!!) and then on to Oak Island for lunch ~ FABULOUS!

Hands down, the best thing about this year has been my husband finishing his tour with the Navy. It’s so great to have him home and not be worried when he was gone. Second best thing was we were able to move back to Iowa! I love blueberry muffins and Larabars so I can’t wait to try this new bar.
