Those taco bowls are on an almost weekly rotation in my house – they literally take 15 minutes start to finish and my Kindergartener can help make them … and kids eat them! Super easy way to sneak veggies as well. All is to say: thanks for the inspiration! (also LOVE the Italian meatloaves so much)
