If I had to create a vision board of what my ideal Mother’s Day would look like, it’d include a sunny day with lots of puffy clouds so I wouldn’t feel too terrible about making my melasma worse, plus a table for one on our back patio stocked with champagne, orange juice, and the six books I’ve bought in the past 3 months that have yet to be cracked open.

It’s a day to dream big! ;)

My vision board would also include several of the gluten free Mother’s Day desserts I’m sharing with you today. These simple yet special dessert recipes range from decadent to classic, chocolatey to fruity – without a crumb of gluten in sight.

Treat the special lady in your life to a special Mother’s Day dinner, followed by one (or more!) of these delicious gluten free treats.

Happy Mother’s Day! What a great roundup. Which one of these would you pick for your dessert if you could only pick one? I’m trying to decide between the strawberry shortcake icebox cake and the lava cake. Then I keep scrolling back to the caramel apple crisp. Yum!!!!

Thank you so much, Karla!! If I had to pick just one, it’d be the Lemon Blueberry Icebox Cake. Is it so, so good and easy!! Though you can’t go wrong with any of them. ;) Let me know what you end up with!
