So you read about the only brownie pan you’ll ever need: The Edge Brownie Pan:
Now let me tell you know about the only brownie recipe you’ll ever need: The Wuollet Bakery Brownie Enormous!
It’s called the Brownie Enormous, because it’s ENORMOUSLY DELICIOUS! When I lived in Minneapolis right out of college, the Wuollet Bakery was just steps from my apartment. Funnily enough, I never went in, but I did make this recipe again and again – and fell more in love with it every time. Compliments of the bakery itself, here’s the recipe:
Brownie Enormous
In a glass mixing bowl, combine:
• 3/4 cups melted Butter
• 4 squares un-sweetened baking Chocolate*
Microwave Butter and Chocolate until melted (on high about 2 minutes)
Add:
• 2 cups Sugar, then mix
• 3 large Eggs, then mix
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 cup Flour, then mix
• 1 cup large Walnut pieces and chunks of premium-grade Bar Chocolate (Gently fold in – don’t over-mix)**
Stir Sugar into Chocolate until well blended – stir in Eggs and Vanilla, mix in Flour, stir in Nuts and Bar Chocolate. Pour into a 9×13 buttered baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes and 350° (325° in glass pan), until toothpick in center comes out with fudgy crumbs (do not over-bake).
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Place brownies on an appropriate serving dish. Zap briefly in the microwave oven. Remove. Bury each brownie with a generous scoop of premium vanilla ice cream, then ladle on fresh raspberries or another favorite fresh seasonal fruit.
ENORMOUSLY DELICIOUS!
*I always used the cocoa powder + oil swap instead of the baking chocolate squares. Directions for the conversion is on the side of the cocoa powder container.
**I always omit these

the brownies look awesome and i think i need to whip up a batch asap!
What a delicious sounding, easy recipe… thanks for providing that bc I think a lot of people are afraid to bake from “scratch” and buy those boxed mixes (been there, done that, still do if I’m pinched for time :/) however they don’t realize how not-complicated it can be! And you know everything that went into the brownie too – even better. Have a great Friday!
What a small world. I totally went to elementary, middle and high school with some of the Wuollet kids! Best bakery around
