Craving the simplicity of a salad, but the satisfaction of a burger? Combine the two into Chicken Caesar Burgers! These juicy, easy, sizzling burgers are OVER THE TOP delicious – and easy, too!
Ground chicken is spiced with classic caesar salad flavors like parmesan cheese, caesar salad dressing, worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice, then shaped into patties and tossed onto a smoky grill. Topped with fresh ingredients like romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions, this is one tasty, salad-inspired burger!
Start with 1lb ground chicken. I prefer using 95/5 ground chicken, as the fat adds flavor and juiciness to the burger, though you can use 99% fat free ground chicken breast too.
Add the ground chicken to a large mixing bowl with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoon bread crumbs. I use pulverized rice Chex as gluten free bread crumbs, though if you don’t need to eat gluten free you can use panko or regular, unseasoned bread crumbs.
Next add 3 minced garlic cloves and 2 Tablespoons caesar salad dressing.Â
I have always loved this Brianna’s Homestyle Caesar dressing. It’s thick, creamy, and the flavor is super concentrated. Yummy!
Finally add 1 Tablespoon each Worcestershire sauce and fresh lemon juice.Â
Mix everything together until just combined then shape into 4 patties.
Brush the tops with extra virgin olive oil (or spray with nonstick spray) then grill for 4-5 minutes per side over medium heat, brushing the tops with more oil before flipping. Alternatively you can cook these in a skillet indoors.
Give your buns a nice toast on the grill (heh) then place a patty on top and dress up with more dressing, romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and red onion. Open wiiiide….!

sciatic = baby soon!
You’re almost there!
You’re Hy-Vee trip is making me seriously miss living across the street from one of their stores! Since moving to Kentucky, I’ve grown to loathe Kroger. Hy-Vee FTW!
Love this alternative to traditional burgers! Looks amazing!
Glad you had such a great weekend! These burgers look so scrumptious!
What an awesome idea! I think that I need to making a veg version!
I had to stop eating chobani because the yogurt aisle at my grocery store is crazy bananas, no one can ever commit to a flavor and stands there for hours trying to decide. I miss the delish flavors but not the stress.
I had to laugh at your Chobani experience because I kind of did the same thing the other week when I visited their shop in Soho, NYC. They had all the new flavors there and I would have thought it would be more expensive but it was actually cheaper than the grocery store!
This seriously hits the spot! I was just watching the news and saw how Kate Middleton is in labor today. It made me wonder if you were hanging in there. It’s funny how you remember the famous people who are pregnant along side you. For my first, Rachel from Friends was having Ross’s baby. I was totally jealous of her perfect shiny fake bump.
What a great sale on yogurt and Chobani, of all brands! I love when I score deals like that. Glad to hear your weekend was a pleasant one and those burgers look gorgeous!
Looks like you had an awesome weekend (minus the back pain). Gotta love a Chobani sale! I’ve been hunting for the new coconut flavor, it sounds so good!
That dressing sounds amazing…shredded asiago? Yum!
Have you been doing any cooking in preparation for the baby? i.e., making casseroles, muffins, etc. for the freezer so that you can just pop them into the over/slowcooker when you are at home with the new baby? I would love to hear about your food prep for baby!
Ugh definitely not as much as I should have. I have a lasagna in there as well as a few batches of mushroom/beef spaghetti sauce. Luckily my parents are 10 minutes away, and my Mom still cooks like all 3 kids are home (aka lots of extras!)
Amazing! These sound incredible!
That’s the best deal on Chobani I have ever seen! Super jealous.
Those burgers look delicious! Can’t wait to hear more about the zucchini boats :)
This looks awesome. I am always looking for new burger ideas, kinda burned out on regular burgers half way through summer. Thanks for the great idea.
I’m surprised Ben isn’t saving his days off for when your baby arrives. Those burgers look delicious!
Maybe Ben doesn’t have to save days off. Maybe he has plenty :)
He’s got plenty. :)
I seriously want to devour that right now (even though it’s morning!) ;)
Love your blog! We toast Panera’s asiago cheese bread with a little butter to make croutons for our Caesar. Try Kens light Caesar dressing, lots of pepper and Parmesan cheese.. So good!
Yum!! Those look delicious!
So…about that back pain. That’s how my labor started with our oldest. Just sayin’. :)
If I hadn’t had this pain on and off for months, I’d be really excited. That said, you never know!! :)
Oh my this looks delicious! But then again, even a piece of cardboard would taste delicious with a thick, creamy caesar dressing!
