We couldn’t forget the kiddos during the Month of Holiday Giveaways now could we?

Let me tell you about one of the most inspiring Mamas I know, Melissa from Bless This Mess. With four young children and a hobby farm to look after, Melissa also sews, cooks, bakes, crafts, remodels furniture, and blogs. Did I mention she has four young children? And a beautiful blog? And is just as sweet as can be?

I met Melissa at a food blogger conference earlier this fall, in line for DIY Chipotle bowls, in fact, and I felt immediately drawn to her. Not only is Melissa extremely talented but she’s truly a warm and generous person. That’s why I’m thrilled to feature her handcrafted Cedar Wood Nativity Puzzle as the next item in my Month of Holiday Giveaways!

This nativity can be setup as decoration or given to your child to help explain the story of Jesus’ birth with a fun and engaging game element. The puzzle is made from cedar that’s planed then laser-cut, and then hand-rubbed (by Melissa, of course!) with homemade beeswax and olive oil. This is truly a one of a kind, super-special find!

My Mommy Mind: 10 and 11 Month Update

The fact that I missed last month’s update speaks volumes. What hasn’t been going on lately?! More on that in a minute. Here’s what’s on My…
