Once I asked Ben which day of the week the Super Bowl would be played on. Yeeeah. Took more than a few years to live that down. ??‍♀️Not gettin’ me this year, Mom brain! Actually I have no excuse – I wasn’t a Mom yet when I asked him that. Anyway, the Super Bowl is THIS SUNDAY (nailed it) and I’ve got 10 gluten free appetizer recipes to build your biggest and best game day spread yet!

From wings to meatballs, dips and poppable bites, each one of these recipes is not only gluten free and simple, as always, but most are able to be made or prepped ahead of time, and travel well too. Actually they all travel well with the the exception of Air Fryer Chicken Wings. Gluten Free appetizers – is there anything they can’t do?

No matter which team you’re cheering for (gotta root for the Midwest of course – go Chiefs!) any of these recipes will be a win.
